- So here we are embarking on a 12000km journey from Cairo to Cape Town. I've done many cycling trips from Asia to central America, some triathlons and loads of various sports but this is still quite a challenge. Roughly 120 km per day on not necessarily good terrain, possibly not in the best health, hopefully at a good clip and 6 days a week for 16 weeks.... All I hope is to stay relatively healthy and be able to complete every inch of the whole journey.

if you could just send in weekly pictures he thinks it could be a 6 figure contract by summer. Win by losing!
